Introduction

Ministry of health conduct health sector review meeting with key government stakeholders and development partners for the past 25 years. The annual review meeting is one of the platforms that brings all actors to discuss the success, challenges and put way forward on the overall health sector performance. As part of this event MoH organizes group discussion on key strategic issues with all the ARM participants in selected thematic areas. The Group discussion will give participants to   have a focused in-depth deliberation on selected thematic issues and to come up with concrete recommendations, which can be implemented by the Ministry of health and all stakeholders within the framework of the HSTP II and Annual core plan.

The Ministry identified the HSTP II five transformation agendas, UHC and health system resilience as a major thematic area and under each key strategic issues were identified for deliberation with all stakeholders.
